Guarantee

If you used a Diamond Certified company, were not satisfied and tried unsuccessfully to resolve the dispute please contact us at (800) 738-1138. We’ll contact the company on your behalf and work to mediate a solution. If we are unable to get a fair resolution and we determine that the company was at fault, we will refund to you up to the purchase price with a maximum limit of $1,000.

To qualify for this guarantee the customer:
1. Must have made the purchase from a Diamond Certified company on a date when the company was validly certified and displaying Diamond Certified (not prior to the company having earned it, or after having lost its certification).

2. Must make a claim for this guarantee within 6 months of the qualified purchase.

3. Must have participated in Diamond Certified mediation in an attempt to resolve the dispute.
